This position assists the Sales staff in obtaining town/city/county building and ARB permits. This person also maintains and keeps up with our fleet of vehicles (decals, registration,drivers, etc.).
Needs to have an indeterminate understanding of Microsoft Excel, Access & Word. Our company software is Microsoft Business Solutions - Solomon.
The goal of this position is to streamline the process between Sales and Construction. You need to have good organizational and communication skills, follow-up and the ability to prioritize and work with other staff.
