Position Overview

We’re seeking enthusiastic, motivated individuals who are passionate about quality service and take pride in their work. As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our vacation properties are safe, functional, and beautifully maintained for our guests and property owners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks

• Respond to service requests in a timely and professional manner

• Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify and resolve issues

• Collaborate with team members and management to ensure guest satisfaction

• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used

• Uphold cleanliness and organization in maintenance areas and workspaces

What We're Looking For:

• Strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable transportation and punctuality

• Willingness to learn and grow with the company

• Prior maintenance experience is a plus, but not required – we are happy to train motivated individuals!

• Local candidates from Hilton Head or Bluffton are strongly encouraged to apply
