Front Desk / Reservation Staff

Vacation Time of Hilton Head is a family-owned and operated property management company that has been in business on the island for 45 years.  Vacation Time of Hilton Head handles Short-Term and Long-Term Rentals, Villa Maintenance, Villa Renovations, Property Management as well as Real Estate Sales. We have an immediate opening for a full-time front desk & reservations position and are looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills that can multi-task in a busy rental office. 

Ideally, we are looking for someone that lives locally in Hilton Head or in the Bluffton area. Weekends are required in the busy summer months.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

-Answering incoming phone calls

-Registering arriving guest reservation

-Collecting payments

-Booking reservations

-Property Inspections

-Scheduling cleaning services

-Administrative reporting

Experience is preferred but willing to train the right person.
