Nursing Marketing & Community Relations Coordinator – Nursing Recruitment Office
The Nursing Marketing and Community Relations Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing a creative marketing strategy for Upstate Nursing designed to improve recruitment of new nurses and nursing support professionals. In addition, this position will oversee all social media content and platforms, ensuring a consistent social media presence and message is delivered across relevant sites. This position works with the recruitment and retention/professional development team to ensure all relevant marketing materials are up to date.

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Health or in a related field and three years of relevant experience required. Excellent written/oral communication, computer, organizational and customer service skills required. Prior experience with complex systems and a variety of Microsoft Office application systems required. Experience with creating content for current social media platforms, and knowledge of marketing and graphic design software is required. Prior experience in health care or nursing marketing preferred.
