We are looking for an individual who has leadership experience, has a positive attitude, and can motivate others to join our team in York, NE. A store manager must be passionate, organized, and be able to make every customer interactions a positive one. If you are willing to bring an outgoing, friendly personality, we will teach you everything you need to know about coffee!
The manager is required to regularly and customarily exercise discretion in managing the overall operation of the store. In particular, a majority of time is spent supervising and directing the workforce, making staffing decisions (i.e., hiring, training, evaluating, disciplining, discharging, staffing and scheduling), ensuring customer satisfaction and product quality, managing the store's financial performance, and managing safety and security within the store.
