Office Administrator (Full-Time)
Hilton Head Island, SC Local Real Estate Company is looking to hire a Full-Time Office Administrator on Hilton Head, SC who exhibits a high skill set when dealing in technology, organization, client development and retention.
Requirements:
• Motivated, possess a positive attitude, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is team-oriented. - Real Estate knowledge preferred, but not required.
• Should be able to manage all systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management and information management.
• Must be friendly and polite to customers as well as our Realtors.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Must be a self-starter & fast learner.
• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and an ability to learn new systems.
• Flexible hours. Will require some weekends.
