The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues.  Should be self-motivated and organized, with strong multi-tasking abilities.


  • Communicate with customers via phone and email.
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
  • Data entry in various platforms 
  • Various other duties as assigned


  • No prior experience needed
  • QuickBooks experience preferred but not necessary
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Must be able to use an iPhone and basic office equipment

Compensation: $14.00 to $19.00 per hour, based on experience and position.
