Job Description - Overview
Hobby Lobby Stores is a privately held corporation that is looking for a bright, talented, and motivated individual to work as a Full-Time Import Team Clerk. The duties and responsibilities of this position may vary according to the needs of the department.

Function:
- Reviewing and approving vendor documents for payment
- Correspond with vendors both overseas and domestic
- Data entry
- Detailed and organized
- Works independently and as part of a team
- Multi-task – Will learn a variety of duties
- Assist other staff members as needed
Job Description - Requirements
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proficiency in MS Office – Excel, Access Outlook, Windows, Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to utilize office equipment, such as fax machines, copiers, and scanners
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize workflow and meet deadlines
- Must possess exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, regulations, and memos
- Strong problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or general education degree
- Clerical experience 1 year minimum
