Help Desk Hardware Support Specialist Entry level position; provides maintenance of the computer desktop environment and medical devices by analyzing requirements, resolving problems, installing hardware and software solutions. Responsible for administration and internal support of the Company's PC's, printers, servers, IP phones, tablets, and related equipment. Task include adds/moves/changes, end user support, hardware support and training, and performing maintenance on PC's, printers, laptops, upgrades and configurations. Minimum Qualifications: One or more years of previous experience providing support in a business environment High School diploma, Associates Degree or Tech School certification preferred Experience with programs like Microsoft Office and desktop operating systems (Windows 7 and Windows 10), Antivirus and Malware applications, Domain and Group policy or active directory knowledge, Network (Windows 7 and Windows 10), Antivirus & Malware applications, Domain and Group policy or active directory knowledge, Network printing (ex. trouble- shooting driver issues or mapping errors). SQL or mapping errors). SQL report writing. Scripting, Healthcare and/or Meditech experience a plus! Recent College Graduates with IT related Degree, Tech school graduates, or those with A+ certification with minimal to no experience will also be taken into consideration. Works with a variety of people in face to face interviews and on the telephone; will be working in a team environment with a strong emphasis on customer service! Salary based on experience.
