Bookkeeper
Hilton Head Island architectural and design firm is seeking to fill the position of Bookkeeper / Human Resource Administrator.
Duties will include handling of all payroll related functions:
The person selected will also be responsible for accounts payable and accounts receivable. The position will handle all customer invoicing and follow up and the depositing of cash and checks received for payment in local bank. Knowledge of Quick Books is required.
Regular meetings with company principals will be held to coordinate job status updates with invoicing.
In addition the the bookkeeper will be in charge of maintaining all human resource benefits, such as insurance and retirement programs, and will be responsible for enrolling new employees to the programs when they become eligible.
The position will be considered for both a full time or part time position upon agreement between the candidate and the employer.
