Office Administrator
Responsibilities:
●Perform administrative duties including making copies, scanning documents, filing, mailings, retrieving and various documentation, and telephone communication.
●Answer department telephone with professional etiquette, take messages, and direct all incoming calls appropriately and efficiently. Communicate messages in a timely manner.
●Create and assist with written correspondence.
●Maintain accurate customer database, including current and past customers.
●Assist in data collection of contracts
●Maintain Account Receivables
●Responsible for outbound shipment preparation. Weigh all packages, print shipping labels, and ensure timely delivery.
●Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
Required Experience:
1-2 years administrative experience required.
Skills/Abilities:
●Ability to work in a creative, fast paced, team environment.
●Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
●Professionalism.
●Must interact with internal and external customers with tact and diplomacy; possess strong interpersonal skills, and a customer service focus
●Able to maintain complex workload and set priorities.
