SUMMARY: Responsible for assisting Chef(s) and cooks in preparation of salad, main dishes, snack trays and other food.
DUTIES: Good personal communication skills. Ensures temperatures of all foods, salads and soups are properly maintained. Keeps clean, sanitary and organized work area and kitchen equipment. Excellent customer relations skills.
QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or GED preferred.
