Position Summary:
The Administrator will be responsible for the following areas:
- Operates the Health and Rehabilitation Center in accordance with established policies and procedures of St. Leonard.
- Monitors and improves the overall quality of services in Nursing, Environmental Services, Food Services, Maintenance and Security provided at the Health and Rehabilitation Center.
- Maintains effective communication with interdisciplinary team, residents, families, physicians, vendors and staff.
- Enhances the continued viability of St. Leonard by advocating the Total Quality Improvement Process. Keeps abreast of current trends and practices in the field of long term care.
Education: Bachelors of Science degree in Administration or related field.
Experience: Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, State of Ohio. 3-5 years progressive management experience.
