Records Management Technician - $13.45 hr - performs routine work in the operation of a personal computer and clerical functions to maintain property assessment records for the Assessor’s Department. Also, assists the public with information relating to Real Property Assessments. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Associate’s degree in Business or Sociology OR three years of clerical experience
• Strong public relation skills with the ability to assist the public by way of telephone, fax or office visit
• Strong computer background/experience with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (primarily Word/Excel)
• Basic communication, comprehension and math skills required
Library Clerk Circulation Representative/PART TIME - St Helena - $10.51 hr -
Performs basic library support functions and routine circulation desk duties. Responsibilities include working at the circulation desk, processing material in and out of area, performing shelving duties and providing customer service to patrons. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two (2) years customer service experience
• Library experience preferred
• Excellent customer service, organizational and computer skills
• Basic communication, comprehension and math skills required
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
