Tax Agent / Treasurer's Office - $14.92 hr DOQ
*To assist in the pursuit of delinquent taxes, participating in tax sales and other collection programs, and resolving problems and issues relating to tax collections. Tasks include but are not limited to: legal research, utilizing technology to perform assigned tasks, quality customer service, and resolving problems and issues relating to tax collections.
Fiscal Technician/Treasurer's Office - $13.45 hr DOQ
* Assists in the processing of tax payments and resolving problems and issues relating to tax payments. Other tasks include but are not limited to: payment processing, utilizing technology to perform assigned tasks, and quality customer service, and resolving problems and issues relating to tax payments.
Sr. Administrative Supervisor/Human Services - $20.45 DOQ
*The mission of the Human Services Department is to promote and sustain activities that improve the quality of life for residents by creating coordinated, comprehensive and integrated systems of human services. Provides responsive, high-quality service to County employees and partners, representatives of outside agencies, and members of the public by providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information in a courteous, efficient and timely manner. Organizes and schedules department meetings and appointments as needed. Provides clerical support, prepares correspondence and prioritizes work. Accurately maintains multiple databases, assists in preparation of community training events, and prepares packets and records minutes of board meetings, as well as maintains office and supplies. Helps to write, proof, format and design information and graphics for presentations, publications and/or and web pages. Helps to conduct research and data collection. Helps to facilitate the County’s compliance with monitoring of civil rights assurances. Other duties as needed.
Early Intervention/Service Coordinator - PART TIME / TEMP - DSN- $22.26 hr
*Under general supervision of the Early Intervention Supervisor, provides service coordination and community-based training for young children with developmental delays and their families. Refers the consumers to other agencies for services as appropriate. Works in conjunction with a multi-disciplinary team comprised of the family, professionals and others interested in ensuring needs are addressed. Performs diversified duties requiring judgment in the broader aspects of established practices and procedures for the Beaufort County Disabilities and Special Needs Department (BCDSN).
