Job Summary
We are looking for a team member with exceptional attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication skills, familiarity with qualitative research, high reading comprehension, love of learning, and natural creativity to join our team of instructional design professionals. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, English, Education, or a related field.
Job Responsibilities
This entry-level position will include the following responsibilities:
- Learn the Advancement Resources philosophy, curriculum offerings, and audiences
- Perform quality checks on printed and digital materials to ensure accuracy in content, flow, consistency, and presentation
- Manage details related to print, digital, and other supporting workshop materials
- Collaborate with senior team members to build, revise and/or publish print and digital workshop materials
- Learn various design software programs to assist and support in the creation of print and digital content
- Participate in team brainstorming and design efforts to create engaging learning activities and compelling course content
- Research topics associated with the development of content, synthesize the information, and succinctly document and share findings
- Work independently and in close collaboration with other team members, as needed
- Travel to client locations to serve as a facilitator assistant during workshops (<25%)
